So I just started writing a fan fic loosely based on homunculus, I’ll probably be posting it in the next few weeks. I started it because I love reading horror fiction, especially when it’s very cerebral. It’s based in Japan and a lot of the things that I’m trying to touch on are mental illness gender fluidity, and how society continues to produce unfair circumstances for females because we are seen as weak. I’m aware that sounds very feminist but it’s on extreme point of view that I’m trying to explore more of. I believe in all walks of life there is unfairness in one way or the other. I’m watching transparent right now and it’s making my heart ache. I’ll post more about the story as I continue to write or when I find time. As for now that’s all my blog will be for.
On Saturday, the Marin Humane Society took in a dog surrendered by its owner. They soon discovered the scared, shivering dog had recently had puppies — puppies who were much too young to be separated from mom.
After some convincing, the owner surrendered the puppies too. When mom and puppies were reunited, the adorable interaction was captured on video.
